Terms of Use
Effective date: July 19, 2026
01.The Interface, Not the Protocol
lpad.fun (“we”, “us”, or “the Platform”) is a web-based interface — one of many possible interfaces — through which users may interact with a set of permissionless, immutable smart contracts deployed on various EVM-compatible blockchains (collectively, “the Protocol”).
The Platform does not custody funds, execute transactions on your behalf, reverse transactions, or modify the Protocol. All transactions are initiated and signed by you using your own wallet. We have no ability to access, freeze, recover, or reverse any on-chain transaction.
Your use of any blockchain network is subject to the terms, conditions, and fees of that network. We are not responsible for network congestion, gas costs, or failed transactions.
02.User-Created Tokens
Tokens displayed on the interface are created by independent third-party users of the Protocol, not by lpad.fun. We do not issue, mint, sponsor, endorse, vet, audit, or take responsibility for any token created through or displayed on the interface.
Displaying a token on the interface does not constitute an offer to sell, a solicitation to buy, an endorsement, or any representation as to the token's value, legitimacy, safety, or compliance with applicable law. Any token may be worthless, fraudulent, or subject to regulatory scrutiny.
You bear sole responsibility for evaluating any token before trading. You should assume that any token could be a scam, a rug pull, or otherwise valueless.
03.No Financial, Legal, or Tax Advice; No Offering
Nothing on the interface or in any lpad.fun communication constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, legal advice, tax advice, or any other professional advice. The interface is provided for informational and transactional purposes only.
lpad.fun is not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, financial intermediary, or fiduciary. No content on the interface should be relied upon as the basis for any investment decision. You should consult a qualified financial, legal, and tax adviser before engaging in any digital asset activity.
Use of the interface does not constitute participation in any investment contract, securities offering, or regulated financial product.
04.Experimental Technology; Assumption of Risk
Digital assets and blockchain technology are experimental, rapidly evolving, and carry substantial risk. By using the interface you expressly acknowledge and accept the following risks:
- Total loss of funds. You may lose all ETH or tokens you invest. Do not invest more than you can afford to lose entirely.
- Smart contract risk. The Protocol contracts may contain bugs or vulnerabilities that result in the permanent loss of funds, even after audit.
- Irreversibility. Blockchain transactions cannot be reversed, cancelled, or recovered once broadcast. We cannot undo any transaction.
- Price volatility. Token prices can drop to zero within seconds. Historical price data is not predictive of future performance.
- Regulatory risk. The legal classification of digital assets varies by jurisdiction and may change. Trading or holding certain tokens may be illegal in your jurisdiction.
- Chain and network risk. Protocol operations depend on third-party blockchain networks that may experience outages, forks, or other disruptions beyond our control.
- No government protection. Digital assets are not legal tender, are not backed by any government, and are not insured by any deposit guarantee scheme.
- Cybersecurity risk. Your wallet, device, or connection may be compromised by malware, phishing, or other attacks. We cannot protect your private keys or seed phrase.
05.Market Data — As Is
Price charts, volume figures, market capitalisation estimates, holder counts, and other market data displayed on the interface are provided “as is” and without warranty of any kind. Data may be delayed, incomplete, estimated, or occasionally incorrect.
The only authoritative source of truth for token balances, trade history, and contract state is the underlying blockchain. You should always verify critical information on-chain before making trading decisions.
06.Eligibility and Restricted Jurisdictions
By using the interface you represent and warrant that:
- You are of legal age to enter binding contracts in your jurisdiction (at minimum 18 years old).
- You are not located in, incorporated in, or a citizen or resident of any jurisdiction where use of the interface is prohibited by law, including but not limited to countries subject to comprehensive OFAC sanctions (Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Russia, Belarus, and the Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions).
- You are not listed on any sanctions list maintained by OFAC, the UN Security Council, HM Treasury, or the EU.
- Your use of the interface complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to restrict access by geography without notice. Use of a VPN or proxy to circumvent restrictions is a violation of these Terms.
07.Prohibited Use
You agree not to use the interface to:
- Violate any applicable law, regulation, or rule.
- Engage in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any illegal financial activity.
- Create tokens that impersonate real persons, organisations, or existing projects in a deceptive manner.
- Engage in wash trading, spoofing, pump-and-dump schemes, or any form of market manipulation.
- Upload content that infringes intellectual property rights or contains illegal material.
- Deploy malicious contracts, conduct phishing attacks, or attempt to compromise the interface's infrastructure.
- Use automated scripts or bots in a manner that disproportionately burdens our infrastructure (trading bots interacting only with on-chain contracts are not restricted).
08.Fees
The Protocol collects a trading fee on bonding curve transactions (currently 1% per buy or sell). This fee is collected at the smart contract level and goes to the protocol fee collector address. We may change the fee for newly deployed tokens at any time by updating the protocol configuration.
Separately, the blockchain network charges gas fees for every transaction. These fees are set by the network, paid directly to validators, and are entirely outside our control. Gas fees are non-refundable even if a transaction fails.
Optional promotional placements (featured listings, banner slots) may be purchased for additional ETH fees as described on the Promotions page.
09.Taxes
You are solely responsible for determining whether and how any taxes apply to your activity on the interface (including but not limited to capital gains tax, income tax, and GST/VAT) and for reporting and remitting any applicable taxes to the relevant authorities. lpad.fun does not provide tax advice and does not withhold taxes on your behalf.
10.Third-Party Services and Links
The interface may link to or integrate third-party services including Uniswap, RainbowKit, WalletConnect, and blockchain explorers. We are not responsible for the content, availability, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party service. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms.
11.Intellectual Property
The lpad.fun name, logo, interface design, and original written content are the intellectual property of the Platform. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the interface for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, sublicence, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works of the interface without our express written permission.
The underlying smart contracts are open-source and available under the MIT licence.
12.Privacy
We do not collect personally identifiable information beyond what is inherent in public blockchain transactions (wallet addresses and on-chain data). We may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate usage patterns. We do not sell personal data to third parties. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
13.No Warranty
THE INTERFACE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR UNINTERRUPTED ACCESS. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE INTERFACE WILL BE FREE FROM ERRORS, BUGS, VIRUSES, OR SECURITY VULNERABILITIES. YOUR USE OF THE INTERFACE IS ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK.
14.Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, LPAD.FUN, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND CONTRACTORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF FUNDS, LOSS OF DATA, OR LOSS OF GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE INTERFACE OR THE PROTOCOL, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE INTERFACE OR THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED UNITED STATES DOLLARS (USD 100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities. In such jurisdictions the above limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.
15.Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless lpad.fun and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the interface; (b) any content or token you create or post; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party.
16.Modifications to Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version with a new effective date. Your continued use of the interface after any revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We recommend checking this page periodically. For material changes we will make reasonable efforts to notify users via the interface.
17.Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the interface at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including violation of these Terms. You may stop using the interface at any time. Sections 3, 4, 13, 14, 15, and 18 survive any termination.
18.Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Platform is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to binding arbitration on an individual basis. You waive any right to participate in a class action or class arbitration.
19.Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable while preserving its original intent.
